ARVA Collective is built by families - not a corporation.
Two families. One shared stage of life. One aligned, long-term vision.
Our name, ARVA, is rooted in Arabic and Sanskrit. A word that reflects peace, purity, fresh beginnings, and a quiet assured confidence. It’s a name that resonates deeply with our experience as expatriate families in the UAE, and the life we are intentionally building here.
We are two young British families who arrived with the same motivations: to create something meaningful, and to do it well. From the outset, we shared a belief that how you build matters far more than how fast you grow.
At ARVA, family is not a side story, it is the foundation. It shapes how we think, how we operate, and how we serve. It informs our approach to design, to capital, and to the environments we help create.
We are building ARVA with a long-term horizon for the next decade and beyond. Our ambition is not short term success, but something enduring. A platform that adds genuine value. A business our children grow up around, not away from. This is not a venture built for momentum alone. It is a considered, collective commitment.
To us, luxury is not defined by what you own, but by how you feel. Homes that breathe, capital structured with clarity, moves executed with calm precision.
This is the ARVA approach; thoughtful, measured, and deeply personal.
Our Founders
Head of ARVA Interiors
Ellie Moxom
As a busy mum with two young boys, so much of how I approach design is shaped by real life at home. I understand the balance families are looking for—spaces that feel calm and considered, yet practical enough to support the rhythm of everyday life.
Before co-founding ARVA Collective, I spent over a decade in London’s high-end property market, developing a strong eye for quality, detail, and timeless design. I later trained at the London Design Institute, refining a style that blends thoughtful design with a lived-in ease.
At ARVA, we believe that how you live should shape how your home feels. My role within the collective is to bring that vision to life through interiors that feel effortless, personal, and quietly elevated. Design, to me, should never feel overwhelming or out of reach; it should feel intuitive, supportive, and entirely yours.
Whether it’s a full home transformation or a simple shift in how a space works, my focus is always the same: creating homes that feel beautifully put together, yet easy to live in.
Head of ARVA Collective
Charlie Moxom
Charlie Moxom is a Director at John Taylor Middle East, advising private clients, family offices and international buyers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s ultra-prime residential markets.
With over 15 years’ experience spanning London and the UAE, his work focuses on high-value private residences, off-market opportunities and cross-border acquisitions, operating through a discreet, relationship-led advisory model.
Through John Taylor’s network of 47 offices across key global prime markets — and its wider connection to the Artcurial ecosystem spanning fine art, collector cars, jewellery and private sales — Charlie provides clients with access that extends beyond real estate alone.
Having built both his career and family life in Dubai, his perspective combines market insight with a deeper understanding of the lifestyle, structure and long-term considerations involved in relocating and investing in the region.
Head of ARVA Wealth
Ollie Ross
Ollie has vast experience in complex debt solutions across international markets and, since relocating to the UAE, has focused on supporting clients with mortgages, commercial finance, and cross-border transactions.
With over 15 years of experience, Ollie previously specialised in bridging finance and high value mortgages within the UK market, working on a wide range of complex and time sensitive transactions.
Having transitioned from residential mortgages into commercial finance, he has developed a broad understanding of the lending landscape and the many challenges clients can face when structuring finance both locally and internationally.
Ollie’s approach is highly personal and relationship driven, taking the time to understand each client’s objectives before delivering tailored financial solutions.
While some say he spends too much time on the golf course, Ollie considers it his boardroom, where many of the best conversations and relationships are built.
Head of ARVA Relocation
Emily Ross
Emily Ross oversees the relocation division at ARVA Collective, supporting individuals and families making the move to Dubai with a hands-on and highly personal approach.
Whilst the last 14 years have predominantly been focused on raising her four children, Emily has also built a strong social media presence, collaborating with some of the world’s leading brands across fashion, healthcare and fitness.
Her ability to connect with people and understand the realities of family life brings a unique and deeply personal element to the relocation experience.
Emily’s recent relocation has given her first-hand experience of the challenges and emotions involved when moving countries. From schooling and family life to property, lifestyle and settling into a new environment, she understands what is required to make what is often one of the biggest moves in a family’s life feel as smooth and stress-free as possible.
